Our Oroflex lay-flat hose is made from circularly woven high-tenacity synthetic yarn, which makes it perfectly suitable for water transfer applications. Additionally, our Kuriyama lay-flat hose has undergone rigorous testing to ensure exceptional performance even in the most challenging scenarios.

Our Oroflex lay-flat hose uses 100% high-tenacity synthetic yarn protected by highly resilient synthetic nitrile rubber and a PVC blend. Its powerful construction makes it powerful enough to withstand extreme conditions, allowing it to last longer while maintaining its structural integrity.

Traditional lay flat hoses easily crack down when exposed to the outer elements. Our lay flat hose offers strong resistance to abrasion and ozone. This allows it to remain intact in the most challenging scenarios and deliver exceptional performance every time.

  • Approved in Aging Test

Unlike conventional lay-flat hoses, our lay-flat hose has been rigorously tested for its tensile strength and elongation. It has passed numerous tests with oxygen at a pressure of 300 psi +/- 10 psi (2100 kPa +/‚Äî70 kPa) and a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius +/-1 degree for 96 hours, after which the rubber’s properties are at least 60% of the original values. This ensures consistent performance and quality every time.
