As Industrial Hose Suppliers, We Value Diversity and Durability

Various industrial hoses are available to suit numerous mechanical, industrial, private, and commercial applications. As a result, it is critical to understand what type of hose you require to make an informed decision when selecting the appropriate hose for your application:

  • Hose Construction. Industrial hoses are typically made of PVC, polyurethane, and rubber, with reinforcement ranging from a high-tensile textile cord to a high-tensile steel wire braid. These building matrices produce hoses with varying pressure ratings, flexibility, chemical resistance, operating temperature, and application.
  • Suction Hose. This rigid hose operates under negative pressure. Unlike delivery hoses, we’ve designed suction hoses to withstand vacuum, not water pressure, abrasion, or heat. We provide PVC suction hoses, air seeder transparent hoses, tiger tail hoses, rubber contractor hoses, and other suction hoses.
  • Delivery Hose. The delivery hose operates under positive pressure. This hose can withstand pressure greater than that of the atmosphere. To suit different applications, delivery hoses are available in two types — lay flat and rigid. These hoses are typically rated for higher pressures. We stock PVC lay-flat-, firefighting-, compressed air-, rubber suction- and delivery-, plus other hoses

Types of Industrial Hose Fittings

We offer a wide range of hoses and fittings for your specific requirements. Some of the most common types of industrial hoses you might encounter include:

  • Air hose. We construct air hoses from PVC or synthetic rubber with added layers of high-tensile textile reinforcement. These hoses are commonly used in compressors, jackhammers, air brakes, and pneumatic tools. The working pressure of this hose is generally 20 bar (300 PSI).
  • Agriculture. The travel irrigator hose is commonly used in the Agricultural industry. This flexible lay flat hose constructed from polyurethane (TPU) or rubber ensures maximum abrasion and chemical resistance. The warp and weft of high-tenacity filament yarns give maximum strength. This strong internal fabric can withstand the high tensile load applied to the hose when you drag it behind an irrigator.
  • Fire Fighting. The fire hose is a high-pressure hose that carries water or other fire retardants to a fire to extinguish it. Due to the nature of their application, fire hoses require a special construction technique and material to work effectively under very demanding conditions.
  • Material handling hose. This hose is also known as an abrasive hose, fundamental for shipping or transporting gas, fog, powder, molecules, fibre, rock, solid, compost, and coal ash. It can also transport liquids containing large sand, cement, and gypsum particles.
  • Food and beverage. This hose is primarily used in the food and beverage industries to transport liquids such as juice, milk, oils, honey, etc. The materials used in tubing must comply with government health and safety regulations and industry standards. This hose must be free of phthalates.
