The Oroflex 20 Metre Layflat Hose Assembly is engineered for high-performance fluid transfer in the toughest operating conditions. Designed for use with pumps, irrigation systems, construction projects and mining operations, this premium layflat hose combines outstanding abrasion resistance with exceptional flexibility and ease of handling.

Unlike conventional PVC layflat hoses, Oroflex features a through-the-weave construction that bonds the hose jacket and lining into a single integrated structure. This advanced design provides superior durability, resistance to twisting and excellent performance under continuous use.

  • Chemical Resistance—Exposure to seawater and contamination by most chemical substances, hydrocarbons, oil, and greases has no effect on the hose’s short—or long-term performance.
  • Ultimate Tensile Strength of the lining: Minimum guaranteed value of 1,500 psi (10,500 kPa)
  • Ultimate Elongation: 400% minimum.
