We offer free standard shipping to major cities on purchase above $200* ex GST. Here are several exclusions:

We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1-3 business daysafter payment has been confirmed, subjected to Goods availability. If an item is out of stock, additional time may be required for us to receive it from our suppliers. If your order is urgent, please notify our team by phone or email. We will send all available items as soon as possible, followed by any back‑ordered items once they arrive or supplier stock is replenished.

Thornado will do its best to deliver the Goods on the date agreed with the Customer and will use its reasonable endeavors to notify the Customer of any likely delays in advance, but under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by the Customer arising out of or in connection with the non-availability, delay in delivery, non-delivery, or non-supply of the goods, including but not limited to any Force Majeure event.
Bulky items cannot be delivered to PO boxes or residential properties, including farm addresses. However, we can arrange delivery to the nearest courier facility for collection. If customer requests that the item be delivered to their residential address, including farm properties, an extra residential delivery charge will be applied. This additional surcharge is the cost that the courier charge us, which we simply pass on to our customers.
We have multiple warehouses. Some orders require multiple shipments from different warehouses. We will notify you if this applies to your order, as it will arrive in separate deliveries.

The Customer shall notify the Company within 3 days of delivery of any shortfall in or loss or damage to the Goods delivered. Failure to do so shall disentitle the Customer to any remedy in respect to the shortage, loss or damage.
If the Goods are returned due to insufficient address or unsuccessful delivery, the Company will charge another shipping fee to resend the Goods. If the initial delivery of the Goods is unsuccessful, the Customer must pick up the Goods from the local depot. If the Customer would prefer a second delivery/redelivery, the Customer will need to contact the Company to authorize a second delivery, which may incur additional charges.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If your parcel is taking longer than expected to arrive, we recommend that you trace it first using the tracking information given to you upon shipping, and then, if necessary, contact Australia Post / TNT / Startrack.
Yes you can, however, our pickup location is currently limited to Sydney. Once you have added the products to cart and proceeded to the checkout page, you can select Store Pick Up after entering your information.
