Free standard delivery for orders over $200* to major cities.

* Excludes bulky items and unusual shape items that requires manual handling due to size,  weight and fragility. Free delivery is calculated on the order total ex gst, after any discounts are applied.

* Bulky items are items that are heavier than 20kg or exceed more than 60cm in one dimension that are not compatible with the courier sortation system and require manual handling

Delivery times

Most orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed, subjected to Goods availability. The shipping estimates below apply after your order leaves our warehouse.

* Delivery times are an estimate and actual delivery times may vary based on public holidays and peak periods. Bulky items may take longer. The above table does not apply to pre-order items. Thornado accepts no liability for failure or delay in delivery of Goods.

Thornado will do its best to deliver the Goods on the date agreed with the Customer and will use its reasonable endeavors to notify the Customer of any likely delays in advance, but under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by the Customer arising out of or in connection with the non-availability, delay in delivery, non-delivery, or non-supply of the goods, including but not limited to any Force Majeure event.

Split shipments

We have multiple warehouses. Some orders require multiple shipments from different warehouses. We will notify you if this applies to your order, as it will arrive in separate deliveries.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery to PO Boxes and residential property including farm address is unavailable on bulky items. However we can arranged the delivery the nearest courier depot for collection.
  • All bulky items can only be delivered  to the business address with a forklift available on the premises.
  • Additional surcharge may apply for residential delivery or special request for tail gate service.
  • Express delivery is unavailable on bulky items.
  • All international orders are to be arranged by the customer. Shipments overseas might be subject to duties and taxes specific to the country of destination and these are the responsibility of the customer. It is against the law to understate the value of items we sell and we will not do this in any circumstances.
  • If you purchase a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until we receive the goods from our supplier.

Shipping Damage

The Customer shall notify the Company within 3 days of delivery of any shortfall in or loss or damage to the Goods delivered. Failure to do so shall disentitle the Customer to any remedy in respect to the shortage, loss or damage.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If the Goods are returned due to insufficient address or unsuccessful delivery, the Company will charge another shipping fee to resend the Goods. If the initial delivery of the Goods is unsuccessful, the Customer must pick up the Goods from the local depot. If the Customer would prefer a second delivery/redelivery, the Customer will need to contact the Company to authorize a second delivery, which may incur additional charges.
